Because each Too Budgies gift is custom, personalized, and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly. Concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate issues.

Cancellations

Orders should be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Because materials may be purchased and work may begin soon after an order is placed, refunds for canceled custom orders will depend on the amount of work already completed and materials already purchased.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on how much work has already been completed and what materials have been purchased for your gift.

All or a portion of the 50% deposit may be retained to cover materials, supplies, and work already completed prior to cancellation.

Custom Order Approval

For custom orders, photos of the completed gift will be sent to the purchaser for final approval before shipment. Once the final design has been approved, the remaining balance is due and the order will be prepared for shipment.

Approval of the final photographs confirms your acceptance of the design and appearance of your custom gift.
